Hello and welcome, beautiful soul. My name is Deeana, and Iām writing to you from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico šµš·š«¶
I created The Sacred Fire Within as a space of healing, wisdom, creativity, reflection, and self transformation. A space filled with affirmations, spiritual insights, personal reflections, and gentle reminders designed to help you reconnect with yourself and spark the sacred fire within.
Creativity has been deeply woven into my healing journey. Photography, painting, dance, meditation, journaling, and self reflection have all helped me transform my relationship with myself and reconnect with my inner world. My healing journey has not been simple. It has come with challenges, painful lessons, and moments where I had to rebuild myself from the inside out. But somewhere along the way, I made a decision that I would not allow my past to define who I could become.
That is one of the biggest reasons I created this space. This is more than just a blog. It is a space for encouragement, healing, growth, and remembering your worth. A space to reconnect with your voice, your power, your creativity, and the fire that still exists within you no matter what you have been through.
My hope is to share words that help you feel seen, supported, inspired, and empowered on your journey because you are not alone. There is a sacred fire within you. A deep strength, wisdom, and power that has the ability to completely transform the way you move through life once you begin to reconnect with it.
